Dr. Crosby Roper
Veterinarian
Dr. Roper joins us after 30 years of practice ownership in Southern California. He received his Veterinary Medical Doctor degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1985 and went on to practice medicine for decades in the city of San Diego. His professional interests include internal medicine, ultrasound, and endoscopy, and he is certified in veterinary acupuncture.
In 2021 Dr. Roper and his wife Claire left the California life to experience the beauty of Midcoast Maine. They reside in a historic farmhouse on several acres with their three small dogs, Dulce, Sophie, and Lily, and one very charismatic cat, Guy Noir.
Outside of work Dr. Roper can be found at the helm of a sailboat, practicing photography, or enjoying long walks outdoors with Claire and the dogs.
